Beijing Yaoneng Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in Beijing (Haidian) Overseas Students Pioneer Park in 2017, and has obtained the Zhongguancun high-tech enterprise qualification. The main business belongs to the field of new energy materials, and the research and development products are devices, processes and materials for perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem solar cells and modules. It is the earliest domestic enterprise dedicated to the industrialization of perovskite crystalline silicon tandem solar cells.
Perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem photovoltaic cells
It is a structure upgraded from a traditional crystalline silicon single junction (single semiconductor material) battery to a tandem battery (two semiconductor materials in series). It can break through the original efficiency limit, thereby greatly reducing the overall cost of power generation.


Breaking through the theoretical limit of a single material, the theoretical efficiency of perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem photovoltaic cells is as high as 42.5%. In addition , perovskite can be combined with HJT, TOPCon, or PERC cells to form tandem cells to realize the upgrade of the existing photovoltaic industry.

The highest photoelectric conversion efficiency of small-area single-junction perovskite solar cells developed by the team exceeds nearly 25% (the world record is 25.5%), the efficiency of small-area perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem cells exceeds 27%, and the accelerated aging life exceeds 2000 hours , at the international and domestic advanced leading level.
