The first-phase R&D center of Suneng Technology is located in Mentougou Park, Zhongguancun, Beijing. It includes synthesis laboratory, class 10,000 clean room and class 100 clean room, equipped with glove box, evaporation, magnetron sputtering, atomic layer deposition, narrow A complete set of advanced equipment for the research and development of perovskite solar cells such as slit coating, laser scribing, high and low temperature accelerated aging testing, etc.; independent preparation and testing conditions for different technical routes and different structural devices. In 2019, the first-phase R&D center of Thermal Energy Technology passed the EIA approval and met the hardware and software conditions for the development of perovskite tandem solar cells.

In 2022, the Phase II R&D Center of Thermal Energy Technology will be located in Beijing to build an internationally advanced R&D platform for perovskite photovoltaic cells and modules, and realize commercial full-scale perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem photovoltaic cells and module product prototypes. The development, the conversion efficiency has reached the industry-leading level.
